This series of works were created after re-visiting my birthplace in lake Garda, to search for my roots and family history.
This created a narrative that included important elements of my trip in the form of symbols, characters or simply shapes as well as actions such as collecting and recollecting.

Analog photography functions as a medium that allows me to collect and later on re-collect the gathered material. and the pictures below are the visual souvenirs of that journey.
