Irene Ragusini was born in 1988, at Desenzano del Garda, Italy, and grew up in Athens, Greece.
In 2015, she graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts, with honours.
She studied Painting with professors M. Spiliopoulos, P. Chandris and Z. Xagoraris, Scenography with professor L. Pezanou, as well as Printmaking with professors J. Gourzis and M. Schina.
In 2012 she was in Milan, to attend 'Costume for Performance' (Costume per lo Spettacolo) with prof. Paola Giorgi, at Brera Academy, as part of the Erasmus Scholarship.
In 2017 she completed her studies at the College of Printmaking Arts in Stockholm, focusing on 'Artist's Books', with supervising professor Tommy Makinen.
In 2019 she obtaind her Master's in Visual Arts, with supervising professors Esther Venrooij and Arne De Winde, at the LUCA School of Arts, in Belgium.
In 2020 she returned to Athens where she completed a Master's in Fine Arts at the Athens School of Fine Arts with supervising professors A. Dialla, K. Ioannides, and M. Spiliopoulos.
Irene is also a professional dancer and a dance instructor with many years of experience and placements in international competitions.
Since October '20, she founded her own artist-run space, the KOREN process space, in Koukaki, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of cetnral Athens.
